Visit the Ads and Pages App to create a new page.
You can set a User Name (i.e. http://www.facebook.com/<<username>> for the page after you reach 25 fans

Page Application Chcecklist

Page applications are installed onto Fan Pages and are not visible on mobile devices.
Facebook applications can have an app page which helps people find your application and install it onto their page.

Design Requirements
- Required Images
  - 111x74 - App Box (appears beneath Page's cover) (max 12 total, 4 visible without expanding) Details
