Cannot Login with the Demo Application

Every time I try to login with the demo application I am getting:  "An error occurred. Please try again later." from facebook.

I've set the right Application ID (the same is also entered in API Key) and the right secret Key, along with my localhost URL as redirect and application URLs.

Is there something else that I need to do?

Am I missing some configuration?

I'm trying this with the MVC demo. When I change the ForceLogin to true things start working however and I don't get any errors. Can someone help with this?
